Learn yoga fundamentals with expert guidance in this introductory yoga course for beginners. The course is a total of NINE classes. It’s a comprehensive and structured program available to you online. It will help to build a safe and solid foundation for your yoga practice. Once you complete the beginner program you will be ready to progress to beginner plus level classes.
