Small Nest Yoga - Semi-Private Yoga In Person!
Limited Time Offer!
Saturdays: May 29th, June 12th and June 26th
Time: 9:00 - 10:30 am
Place: Ellicott City Wellness Center, Ellicott City, MD
Small Nest Yoga is a post-pandemic reintroduction back into a real in-person, semi-private yoga experience that is limited to 8 people per session. It is a 90-minute semi-private yoga teaching concept that has been thoughtfully designed to be tailored to the needs of the yoga students who are comfortable returning to in-person classes, in the form of semi-private yoga guidance after a year of pandemic.
This semi-private session will be designed to look into proper form and alignment. You have practiced yoga for more than a year now only via your computer in your living room without a teacher’s eagle eye, checking on your form.
In this session, Olga will offer her 35 plus years of yoga teaching experience to look into all the standard standing yoga poses, and her primary focus will be to see your spine, joints and muscles moving along with all the principles of alignment-based hatha yoga.
Since this is a semi-private session with only 8 people, you will get the attention that you wouldn’t get in any other group class setting, and for an amazing price that is far less than you would pay for a single private yoga session.
What to expect
Spots for Small Nest Yoga are limited to 8 students only. Students are required to pre-register online.
