Service Description

The Master Yoga Workshop has a strictly capped number of participants to give you a more personalized yoga experience. Receive individualized attention throughout the class. Receive feedback and recommendations on your yoga practice. Develop a more personal relationship with your teacher. The class meets once a month, every last Saturday of the month at 9:30 AM. In this class we will be exploring key poses from the intermediate level. [Foundation standing poses and seated poses will be included]. If you have any questions, please email the studio, or call us at 443-636-1243. Requirement: You took and completed a beginner yoga course in the past and are familiar with basic standing yoga poses.
