The classes will help you with the capability to cultivate joy deliberately regardless of the current circumstances of your life. Each class will be offering 4 unique steps that induce the feeling of joy: 1. Yoga Poses Practice 2. Breathing Practice 3. Mindfulness Meditation 4.
